Behind the QR code lies a mobile-friendly page with clear care tips, complemented by an AI chatbot with extensive knowledge of the Amigra Grasses product line. Consumers can also enter their preferred garden style, after which the chatbot recommends ornamental grasses and combinations that perfectly match that style. This way, plant care becomes not only easier but also more inspiring.
Result
In addition to clear care tips, the chatbot also provides targeted inspiration and combination advice based on the type of garden. After scanning the QR code, the consumer first selects a garden style, after which suitable plants and combinations are suggested.
In this way, Floriscan helps consumers not only with plant care but also with making thoughtful choices at the point of sale, while strengthening Amigra’s product experience for the end customer.
